About the Scholarship
he admiral qualities of a rural physician extend to not only their patients, but to others alike. In relation to one's efforts and daily life, fellow physicians can understand the toll of loosing a family member. To aid the family with the loss of a parent and their future endeavors, the Gratiot Physicians Group is awarding this scholarship to the child of a deceased physician who practiced in Gratiot County.
Number of Awards and Value
One, for as much as $600.
Requirements
- Must be a Gratiot County resident;
- Must be enrolled in post-secondary education in any area of study;
- Demonstrated academic achievement and financial need;
- Previous recipients may reapply for up to three years with preference given over new applicants.
